Resort Overview
Sansicario is a meticulous little development on the huge Milky Way circuit with excellent access to 400km of skiing.
On The Slopes
It’s perfectly positioned at the centre of a huge natural bowl, offering masses of skiing and good connections to Sestriere, Sauze and Claviere. Like most purpose-built developments, its site was chosen carefully for snow security and good slopes.
To the left lies Sauze d’Oulx with its high bowl and long, sunny intermediate runs. Off to the right is Sestriere with its World Cup pedigree and massive scope.
Snowboarding
The terrain at Sansacario is great for snowboarders.
Off The Slopes
Sansicario village is a small but well designed ski station. It’s totally traffic free, so the village is relaxing and safe, and an ideal choice for groups and families. Although serious party animals should look elsewhere, there are a few bars, restaurants and pleasant shops.
