Old-fashioned Italian style, good solid standards, terrific position and good food.

The Miramonti is a traditional hotel that has recently been refurbished. It's situated in the centre of the village, about 100m from 3 lifts and with the slopes right opposite across the road. It has outstanding facilities and is very professionally run but still has a warm and friendly feel. The food is good. Breakfast is a big buffet, and dinner offers choices of anti-pasti and main course. There's plenty for vegetarians including a vegetable and salad buffet.

An Italian entertainments team develop a lively atmosphere with guest participation. There's accompanied skiing, organised games, step aerobics, Latin-American dancing, line-dancing, karaoke, trips with dog sleds or horses and snow-shoe excursions. A wonderful new wellness centre with swimming pool has been added. Guests receive a one day free club card giving access to the swimming pool and gym. Entry to the health club is at a small charge. A new disco was recently built just outside the hotel and there is a children's club.

All bedrooms have bath or shower, WC, bidet and wash-basin. A typical room has a dividable double and a single bed, satellite TV, hairdryer and telephone.
