Unbelievable value from this very traditional hotel. Family hospitality,
good food and a brilliant position.
Perfectly placed in the middle of the village but almost on the nursery slopes,
our Hotel Roma is always a success and offers unbelievable value. With its creaky
wooden floors, prints from bygone eras and old fashioned air the Roma is a pleasant
reminder of the early days of skiing and is one of the original village buildings.
The Roma is a good quality 2 star now that it has received a long awaited transformation.
All the rooms now have private facilities and the bar has been given a new lease
of life by being both modernised and doubled in size. It's basic but clean and
has good food.
There are 5 twin rooms, 12 triples or quads and a series of 9 apartment style
rooms for 4, 5 or 6. Diane, who is English, will provide you with a hospitable
and enjoyable stay.
The Roma has been a mainstay of our Claviere programme for 15 years and we recommend
it highly.
