Friendly and well located hotel near main lift, piste and Chantemerle village.
This excellent ClubHotel, run by our sister company, is located in Chantemerle,
one of the focal points of the Serre Chevalier system. It's a friendly village,
very popular and convenient, with great local skiing and easy links to the other
villages along the valley. Briancon is also veryclose. It is situated in its
own grounds, 4/5mins easy walk to the village centre and main gondola to where
you can ski back on a wide blue or a race-piste red.
La Balme is built in chalet style using plenty of local timber and is a warm
and friendly hotel so ideal for families and groups. It has good public areas.
On the ground floor there's a bar, lounge area and a large, airy restaurant
with open fire. On the lower ground floor there's a games room. All the bedrooms
have baths and some have a balcony.
