We know how to organise a real social event for you. We can plan special gala nights, fancy dress parties, and birthdays won't go unnoticed either.

Personal service

Your first contact puts you in touch with someone reassuringly efficient who will handle your file from first to last. Many of our group leaders are personal friends by now and we know all their requirements year on year. There's a thousand things to plan before you get there and we take all of it off your hands; rooming, equipment, lessons, lift passes, special diets, medical problems, all the transport etc. We give you plenty of notice so you don't miss a deadline, and if you do forget to send us a payment, no problem. What you will get in the post is a reminder, not a surcharge.

Free coach to the airport

We will coach groups of 35 full paying passengers or more from mainland England and Wales to and from London airports free of charge. This saves you the cost of both transport and parking! For groups to Manchester, please enquire for a quotation.

Free Places - our unique scheme

Our simple 1 per 10 free place system applies to all dates and hotels, and everything is free, not just the basic package.

Form a group of only 10 full paying and the 11th member goes free! 20 paying gives you 2 free, 30 is 3 free and so on.

Please note: our contracts for the following hotels are for individuals only and small family groups only (please ask for a group quotation). Hotel Erika, Hotel Il Catturarino and Hotel Ideal in Madonna di Campiglio, in Hotel Zillertalerhof in Mayrhofen and Sport Hotel Royer in Schladming.

Group reductions

Great reductions for room sharing - We can offer some spectacular reductions when you share 3 or 4 to a room in our Equity-run hotels and chalets. These reductions apply to every occupant not just the 3rd or 4th bed. For other hotels please enquire.

Flexibility without fees

Obviously your numbers are going to fluctuate. Some people are slow to pay deposits, some let you down completely, friends fall out and couples split up! We are used to it. We will happily re-plan and tell all the suppliers without charging you administration fees. We know there's simply no way the price can go up after you have told everybody what they are paying. We are happy to swap a cancelled member for a direct replacement so you avoid cancellation charges provided the replacement follows within a reasonable period and occupies the same room.

Amendment fees may apply once tickets have been issued, and you may be charged a single room supplement if a cancellation results in only one person occupying a room.

Help for the party leader

We will send you posters, resort leaflets and any other information you may need to promote your holiday.

Please note: Group Leaders sign the Booking Form, correspond with Equity on behalf of all members and are responsible for ensuring that all members are aware of all relevant facts about the ski holiday.

"No-frills" airlines

We sometimes use alternative airlines such as Ryanair and EasyJet. These airlines have different conditions and baggage allowances to other carriers. They require a full names list at the time of booking and have different cancellation charges and amendment fees. Unfortunately, we have no choice but to apply these to your invoice if you make late changes to your booking.
